Competitive data sales for startups
Your data is worth more than the first offer.
Sell your data to the right AI buyer, at a competitive price. We run the process. You pay only when it closes.
Buyers are already in the market.
Demand has moved toward enterprise workflows, expert reasoning and production code. Most startups already have it, or have it sitting on a shelf.
Operational data
micro1 has said it plans to spend $1B over 12 months licensing company data: SOPs, knowledge bases, CRM, project histories.1
Workflow records
Mercor runs a program for the workflow data a business already generates, and has approached startups about code and task records.2
Real codebases
Buyers in our network want proprietary repos, ideally around 100k lines each, human-written, with git history and tests. Shelved products count.

Competition changes the number.
Selling alone usually means one buyer and one number. One founder in our network kept talking to buyers. Here's what happened.
One anonymized example. Not typical, not a guarantee. Outcomes depend on your data, its rights status and the market.
First offers can be a fraction of what a competitive process produces. Closing that gap is the job.
One dataset, several buyers, one decision.
A few hours of your team's time. We run the process, and you make every call.

- Week 3
Compete
Parallel introductions to four to six fitting buyers, with one offer deadline, so offers arrive together.
- Weeks 4–6
Negotiate
Offers compared on structure, exclusivity, timing and cost, not just the headline. Then we push for better terms.
Tom is CC'd on every buyer thread from first intro to signed deal. Your data never passes through us; samples go to buyers directly, under their NDA. Timelines are typical, not promised.
The manifest is what buyers read first.
A precise, honest description of your data. It answers diligence questions before they're asked, which is where price gets protected.
